TRAFFIC IMPACT ANALYSIS
As a traffic impact analysis service provider, we are committed to helping our clients reverse and predict potential traffic impacts that may arise from new construction or changes in the function of a building. Through in-depth analysis, our experienced consultants are ready to provide technical recommendations to minimize negative impacts on traffic flow. We ensure that every project that requires a Building Permit (IMB) and a Certificate of Functional Worthiness (SLF) meets the safety and traffic feasibility standards set by the authorities.
ANDALALIN (Traffic Impact Analysis) is our main service, which includes a series of in-depth studies on the traffic impacts of the construction of activity centers, organizations, and infrastructure. The results of our research are presented in the form of documents that reverse traffic, in accordance with applicable government regulations.
Approval of the Traffic Impact Analysis (Andalalin) is one of the important requirements for obtaining IMB and SLF. To meet these needs, we carry out traffic studies conducted by official consultants certified by the Ministry of Transportation of the Republic of Indonesia, in order to disseminate the traffic impacts that may arise from the potential planned project.
Traffic Engineering
A process aimed at enhancing network utilization efficiency by creating patterns of traffic distribution, whether uniform or diverse, within the network.
Traffic Management
A process that encompasses the planning of traffic signs, road markings, traffic signal devices, road user control and safety systems, as well as road system development.

- Andalalin approval application letter (stamped and signed)
- Applicant identity (KTP and NPWP)
- Power of attorney, if authorized (signed with seal and copy of KTP)
- Deed of Establishment
- Ministry of Law and Human Rights Ratification
- Business Identification Number (NIB)
- Urban Planning Decree (KRK/IRK)
- Architectural Planning Drawing (GPA) part of the site plan that has been approved by the relevant agency
- A statement of commitment that has been waarmarked by a notary
- Space Utilization Permit (IPPR) for land area >5000m2
